Appendix C: Organizational Structure of COUNTER
COUNTER's overall governance is the responsibility of the Board of Directors of COUNTER Online Metrics, who delegate the management and direction of COUNTER to the Executive Committee, chaired by Richard Gedye of Oxford University Press. Day-to-day management is the responsibility of the project director, Dr Peter Shepherd.
The International Advisory Board of COUNTER consists of leading experts from the publishing, library and intermediary world who support and advise on the direction of the project.
