To have authorized access to your institutions data from our SUSHI server you must be a librarian according to F1000's system, with access to COUNTER reports. In addition, the IP that the requests will be made from must be included in the range of IP addresses provided to F1000 (on which access to the service is based). Both of these requirements can be handled via your sales contact, or by emailing info@f1000.com.

Our Requestor ID is an internal F1000 ID used to identify your institution. It can be obtained on the 'My institute' page in F1000Prime (https://f1000.com/prime/institute). Only users registered with F1000 who have been given librarian permissions by our team will be able to see this page.
Our Customer ID is an alphanumeric string used along with your email address to verify the authenticity of the request. It can be obtained on the 'My Institute' page in F1000Prime (https://f1000.com/prime/institute). Only users registered with F1000 who have been given librarian permissions by our team will be able to see this page.
In addition to the Requestor ID and Customer ID, requests to our SUSHI server will require the email address which these IDs have been retrieved from to be included as part of the request. In addition, the IP address from which requests will be made must be provided to F1000, so we can place it on our whitelist.
