Non-attributed usage in COUNTER Release 5 reports

COUNTER is grateful to the publishers who responded to our survey about non-attributed usage in COUNTER reports. Thanks, are also due to the librarians who gave up their time to join our focus groups about this.

Tasha Mellins-Cohen has written reports on the survey findings and the focus groups. As a result, the COUNTER Technical Working Group knows about community preferences as they work on Release  5.1 of the Code of Practice.
