About Requestor ID:

o COP4: Our Requestor ID is an internal F1000 ID used to identify your institution. It can be obtained on the ‘My institute’ page in F1000Prime (https://f1000.com/prime/institute). Only users registered with F1000 who have been given librarian permissions by our team will be able to see this page.
o COP5: Our requestor ID is the email address of the user you are registered with for F1000 services. Only users registered who have been given librarian permissions by our team will be able to retrieve usage statistics.

About Customer ID:

o COP4: Our Customer ID is an alphanumeric string used along with your email address to verify the authenticity of the request. It can be obtained on the ‘My Institute’ page in F1000Prime (https://f1000.com/prime/institute). Only users registered with F1000 who have been given librarian permissions by our team will be able to see this page.
o COP5: Our Customer ID is an internal F1000 ID used to identify your institution. It can be obtained on the ‘My institute’ page in F1000Prime (https://f1000.com/prime/institute). Only users registered with F1000 who have been given librarian permissions by our team will be able to see this page.
