Engagement with our consultation process, has helped us to improve and refine the draft COUNTER Code of Practice Release 5.
Release 5 of the COUNTER Code of Practice. Work has began to simplify the reporting of usage statistics. This will improve compliance, reduce the burden of compliance and make the automated harvesting and manual reporting interfaces much more harmonious.
